Financial Contributions

Throughout the year, Metro CareRing assists families with more than an emergency supply of food- a warm smile, an encouraging word, a needed referral, a sense of hope. Making a financial contribution to Metro CareRing ensures that low income and homeless individuals and families receive the services they desperately need. All gifts to Metro CareRing are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.

Give in honor of your friends and family for the holidays! For each $10, donors will receive a card to pass along to your honoree. Include "holiday" in the notes section on the next page and we'll mail your donation cards!

Every dollar donated is used to manage the critical programs available to the at-risk population we serve. Your contribution in the amount of:

$10: Provides a Colorado ID to help an individual get a job;

$20: Provides a Colorado birth certificate or drivers license for housing;

$50: Will allow Metro CareRing to serve 300 clients by keeping the pantry and offices powered and heated for one day;

$100: Will feed a family of four for two months.

Colorado Economic Enterprise Zone Tax Credit

The Enterprise Zone Tax Credit Program offers significant benefits to Metro CareRing donors. Your contribution in excess of $500 receives all the normal federal and state benefits of making a charitable contribution to a non-profit organization plus a 25% Colorado income tax credit, Unused credits may be carried forward for up to five years. Make a contribution through your paycheck

Workplace giving is an easy and convenient way for you and/or your staff to give to the charities and causes you care about the most.  Metro CareRing is a member agency of Caring Connection, workplace giving federation.  To make a payroll contribution through your paycheck, please contact your HR department for your payroll contribution options or Caring Connection to set up a giving program for your staff. http://www.caringconnection.org/
