Volunteers play a vital role in the work of Metro CareRing. Metro CareRing volunteers counsel those in distress, greet clients requesting services and fill pantry orders based on clients' needs.  In return, volunteers have the satisfaction of participating in a well-run organization that effectively and cheerfully assists people at their most difficult time. As a volunteer, you will also have the knowledge that you are making a difference.

Volunteer positions:

Volunteers are the heart of Metro CareRing's work and do most of the work of serving our clients. Most volunteers offer one day or evening per week; others only work half-days or biweekly. Volunteers serve at Metro CareRing during client hours.
