Most of Metro CareRing clients ask for assistance with food and toiletries. Over 90% of our clients receive these basic services. Each month, Metro CareRing provides 2,500 people with grocery bags.  Every family who visits receives a three day supply of food, nutritionally balanced and made to order based on the size of the family and food preferences.

By donating food to Metro CareRing, you provide hope by assisting us in the fight against hunger. The need is greater than ever and anything you can do to help is appreciated. Donations of food and toiletries are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the door marked “Deliveries” behind the Metro CareRing building at 18th and Downing. From 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. please ring the bell by the door and someone will help you.
