Shop and Donate food without leaving home!

A Virtual food Drive is a way for individuals, companies & organizations help Metro CareRing stock the pantry shelves with needed food items without ever having to physically collect or purchase items.  To participate in a Virtual Food Drive, look over the e-shopping list below (print copies & post for your participants).  Designate a 'cashier' to collect money, and the end of your drive, send a check or simply donate the total amount online!

Why use the Virtual Food Drive? The answer is simple - to get more meals on the tables of hungry people faster and with less expense than through traditional food collection drives. The Virtual Food Drive gives you the opportunity to take advantage of Metro CareRing’s strong relationships with food industry partners and its cost-effective operations. Metro CareRing's Virtual Food Drive is a great way for you to help Metro CareRing’s food pantry buy the food it desperately needs. For every $10.00 received, Metro CareRing can provide enough food for a family for a day.
